XC9143/XC9144 Series Synchronous Step-Up DC/DC Converters for Small Display and Driver Systems
Torex Semiconductors has introduced the XC9143/XC9144 series, a synchronous rectification type boost DC/DC converter that incorporatestwo driver FETS required for switching operation. With a wideinput voltage range of 1.3V to 16V,these new converters can be powered with various input sources, such as 2 dry cell cells, 2 Li-ion cells, or 12V lines.
Thebuilt-in low on-resistance drive transistorallows space reduction and supplies with output current up to 400mA. These devices can support output power with high efficiency from light load to heavy load, it also eliminates the requirements of external components needed for phase design compensations. The device can adjust each protection function, limit values, etc internally in the compact USP-6C package.
